One of the most entertaining and effective ways to feed yourself a healthy diet of inspiration is through the use of movies.  Hollywood has spent billions bringing great stories to life, so use this valuable resource to assist you with your PFE and Big Five for Life adventures.

A great inspirational movie re-energizes your spirit, gives you a renewed sense of drive, and can serve as an excellent reminder to appreciate all you already have in your life.

To make this easy for you, and save you time searching them out on your own, I've compiled a long list of the best of the best inspirational movies.  Some are recent, some are almost seventy years old. I've watched every one of them, and they're all inspiring in their own way.

They aren't arranged in any rank order.  Although I have tried to mix them up so that there aren't too many of a particular genre right next to each other.

I recommend taking at least one dose per week.  This is especially true when you feel like you just can't spare the time.  That's usually when you need it most.  And don't hesitate to watch one you've already seen.  Remember, you are constantly changing.  Now that you are in the midst of defining and fulfilling your PFE and Big Five for Life, the movie will have even more meaning.

I also encourage you to be open to ones you think are outside of your prefered genre.  When all you have is a hammer, all the world looks like a nail.
