About Darren

Darren is currently a change agent in a large Engineering team. He has over 20 years of design, and leadership experience.

Previously, Darren was the Manager for Critical Chain infrastructure where he led a team under to build people process and tools for Critical chain project management.  He had been coaching the Big Five for Life with his group for the past 3 years.  

Prior to that position Darren held various positions in leadership.

His expertise lies in team building, advanced project management, organizational behavior, teaching, and coaching.  As a hands on leader, Darren claims he found that the most important element in any system was in fact, the human element. "People can make the system perform, even if the system is broken", he says. "Humans are the most complex machines known to man." Darren has always been interested in people and machines from his earliest years. He will continue to embrace change as the one true constant in life.

Darren Enjoys teaching and helping others find their full potential as part of his PFE.
