Deep in your unconscious mind you already know a ton of information about yourself- including what brings you fulfillment and what doesn't. The trick is to bring that information forward so you can use it. This is a great exercise to to that.
I've run it with all types of people, from all types of backgrounds, in all kinds of countries, and the one constant is it produces AMAZING results.
I love it because of that, and also because it's easy and fun.
The premise is simple. All you need to do, is name your three favorite movies of all time, and why those are your favorite. As you'll see in the video, as you uncover that information, and especially when you share it with a good listener, you'll start to learn all kinds of things about yourself.

Before you begin, download this template, and either re-create it in your Big Five for Life journal, or print it out, and use it to fill in your answers and insights, and then tape it into your journal.
